PM Pham Minh Chinh adresses the conference honoring outstanding Hanoians, October 9, 2023.

The Organizing Committee presented certificates to ten exceptional individuals who were recognized as “Outstanding Citizens of the Capital”, and awarded the title of “Good People, Good Deeds” to over 800 exemplary individuals.

"The honorees have demonstrated their dedication, perseverance, and determination to make meaningful contributions to their community and society. I believe that they will inspire  cadres, Party members, and people of Hanoi to make greater contributions to the capital city’s development," said PM Chinh.
