Working with the International Center for Interdisciplinary Science and Education (ICISE) in Quy Nhon city on Sunday, PM Phuc said the center’s plan is a pioneer step to gather famous scientists to contribute to national science. He called on the center to promote Vietnam’s fundamental scientific research, develop human resources, and apply science and technology in practical areas, including climate change.
