She has been prosecuted for the act of propaganda against the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam under Article 88 of the 1999 Criminal Code and for the act of making, storing and distributing information, materials, and objects against the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam under Article 117 of the 2015 Criminal Code .
