In his direction speech, permanent member of the Party Secretariat Tran Quoc Vuong said people’s diplomacy has contributed positively to national achievement despite the Covid-19 pandemic.

“People’s diplomacy with its unique features of flexibility and creativeness has adapted well to challenges and contributed significantly to pushing back pandemic impact and foster economic development while strengthening Vietnamese partnership with the international community. This proves Vietnam and its people’s will and strength,” Mr Vuong said.
