National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man attended an art program entitled "95 years-light guides us the way" at August 19 Square in Hanoi.
Addressing the event, Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung said this program is an opportunity for all Vietnamese to review the Party’s glorious history, the glorious history of the nation, and to remember the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader of the Party and the nation, the Party's predecessors, and the sacrifices of heroic martyrs and wounded soldiers for national independence, freedom, and people’s happiness.
“The program is a symphony of faith, pride, and the aspiration to rise up, because a strong and rich country is valued for its economic prowess, its culture, and its rich identity that is impossible to dissolve,” said Hung.

The Vietnamese Embassy in Thailand hosted a ceremony in Bangkok to mark the Party’s anniversary. The Vietnamese Embassy in Israel also held a gathering, which kicked off a series of events commemorating the 80th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and other major national holidays in 2025.
On Sunday a celebration took place at the Vietnam Cultural Center in Paris, where generations of Vietnamese people in France expressed their confidence in the CPV’s leadership as Vietnam enters a new era.
Nguyen Duc Khuong, a Vietnamese in France, said that as all are in a special period with unpredictable changes happening around the world, changes in science and technology are affecting the development of every country.
“Vietnam is on the threshold of this development stage and needs to mobilize and connect intellectuals, experts, and scientists in Vietnam and around the world to help Vietnam develop sustainably and keep pace with the world,” Khuong noted.
