(VOVworld) - The Party Secretariat has urged Party committees and other political and socio-economic organizations at all levels to instruct competent agencies to fulfill their tasks in accordance with a National Assembly Resolution regulating implementation of the new Constitution.

The Secretariat on Friday issued a Directive on the implementation of the Constitution, which was approved at the 6^th session of the 13^th National Assembly and took effect from January 1^st, 2014.
The Constitution is of great importance, reflecting the Party and people’s aspirations and setting a firm political and legal foundation for national construction, defense, and development, and international integration in the new period. This makes the Constitution’s implementation a key task of the whole political system, the Party, and the people.
