Party leader To Lam meets with people at the public administrative service center in Hanoi’s Phuc Thinh  commune, July 1, 2025.

The Party leader and his delegation reviewed preparations across personnel, infrastructure, and the application of digital platforms in processing administrative procedures for citizens and businesses.

Initial assessments indicated that the new administrative units were operating smoothly, with public services being delivered promptly and efficiently by local staff.

During a working session with officials in Phuc Thinh commune, Mr. Lam emphasized the importance of both immediate and long-term goals.

“I believe the most urgent task for the commune now is to focus on successfully organizing its Party Congress. The commune must envision how it will develop over the next five years. It is equally important to ensure the well-being of the people and to bring Party resolutions to the grassroots level,” he said. 

Visiting Tay Ho ward, the General Secretary urged local leaders to enhance urban planning to create an environment conducive to attracting investment.
