The Party leader delivered a closing remark at a meeting to review the implementation of the Politburo’s Resolution 57 on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation in the third quarter as well as key tasks and solutions by the end of 2025.

General Secretary To Lam, who is also Head of the Central Steering Committee for Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation, said: “There must be unanimity on a motto of action that is resolute, transparent, and consistent, as in the guiding spirit of the 13th plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee. They are “Three focuses-Three publicities-One measure”.

"Three focuses ask for quickly institutionalizing the conclusions of the Steering Committee; organizing drastic implementation, with specific products; and regularly inspecting and supervising, promptly removing obstacles. Three publicities include publicizing progress; publicizing responsibilities; and publicizing results for people and society to jointly oversee. One measure means measurement of people's living standards and trust.”

The top leader urged Party agencies from the central to local levels to deploy the Digital Transformation Project in Party agencies in an efficient manner and following the set roadmap. Emphasizing the responsibility of the head, the General Secretary requested that each leader continue to uphold the pioneering and exemplary spirit, and propose to the Steering Committee tasks that bring common benefits to the country.
