The Party leader chaired a working session with the Standing Board of the Lam Dong provincial Party Committee and permanent members of the Party Committees of Binh Thuan and Dak Nong provinces on Monday in Lam Dong.

“The merger of agencies and organizations must be conducted scientifically, transparently, publicly and objectively. The highest criteria for staffing must be quality, capacity, prestige and efficiency. Everything must be done in a humane, responsible, thorough spirit and in accordance with regulations. Those assigned new responsibilities must be provided with favorable conditions in terms of housing, schools for their children, and essential living conditions to work with peace of mind and long-term commitment," Mr. Lam said.

"Because it is Vietnam’s largest province, which covers mountainous, midland and coastal areas, it’s necessary to carefully calculate the arrangement of working headquarters and living conditions for the staff to be deployed to the new workplace. This needs to be given great attention.”
