The Hanoi program organized by the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense is entitled “Remembering Uncle Ho’s words - echoing the march rhythm”.

During the program, delegates watched images of brilliant results achieved in the past 10 years. They listened to the stories of outstanding collectives and individuals on the responsibility of setting an example, cultivating and training moral qualities, lifestyle, overcoming all difficulties, being dynamic, creative, and excellently accomplishing functions and tasks.

The audience was told about building a lean, compact, strong Army, who has improved combat readiness, helped people and protected people.

The program included special art performances praising love for the country, the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, and the Army.
