At a reception in Hanoi on Friday for foreign delegates who are in Vietnam for the forum, Mr. Trong reiterated Vietnam’s unwavering policy of peace, independence, self-reliance, cooperation and development, and being a friend of all nations and a responsible member of the international community. He thanked the parliaments, governments and people of the member countries for their support for Vietnam and expected to continue strengthening the friendship and cooperation with all of them.

The guests spoke highly of the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Vietnam’s global stature. They said they hope to continue boosting bilateral ties with Vietnam in the coming time.
