The meeting was attended by members of the subcommittee, including Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, other Politburo members, leaders of ministries and agencies, and members of the editorial board.

Concluding the meeting, Party leader and President Trong, who is also head of the subcommittee, asked the editorial board to finalize draft reports, which will be forwarded to the Politburo and distributed at grassroots Party Congresses. He emphasized the promotion of democracy and respect for feedback to perfect the documents.
