(VOVworld)-Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong has had a working session with the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

During his meeting on Saturday, Trong asked the Ministry to propose to the Party suggestions to ensure sustainable and rapid national development. He emphasized the need to foster economic planning in line with socialist oriented market economy: “Planning must not be under evaluated in the market economy. Market principles must be upheld while the State must take the lead in management as a leadership art contributed by the MPI recommendations.”The Party leader called for more training of young staff and provincial decentralization to avoid overlapping in management.
