(VOVworld) – 12 people were killed and 50 others were injured in a bomb blast last week in Pakistan’s Kurram province on the border with Afghanistan. The death toll could rise. No group has taken responsibility for the attack yet.
Kurram is one of seven semi-autonomous tribal regions in Pakistan. It often sees sectarian conflict between Sunnis and Shiites.
