The system, which has been integrated on the website of the VGCL, will provide responses to workers’ questions. Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam said: "The system needs to be optimized to answer questions of not only workers but also other individuals as well. The system should be updated regularly. I hope the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will work closely with the government to strengthen administrative reforms and take advantage of the 4th Industrial Revolution.”
