OCOP tea, coffee, cashew nuts, medicinal herbs, processed agricultural and seafood products, bird’s nest products, beverages, handicrafts, and gift items, as well as traditional Lunar New Year specialties will be on display.
A highlight of the program will be the promotion of digital transformation through livestream sales, flash sales, and online connectivity activities to help OCOP producers advertise their products, find business partners, and expand their market access.
Mr. Le Viet Binh, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, said: "During the year end period and the Lunar New Year, OCOP products will enjoy an advantage over other agricultural goods. Their advantage lies in their local identity and cultural value, which other agricultural products don’t have. If effective connections can be established between producers and tourists and other consumers, OCOP products will be more than just agricultural commoditiesthey will be closely linked with culture and tourism."
