Speaking to reporters in Beijing, Choe said Pyongyang will consider right conditions to have a dialogue with President Donald Trump’s administration. According to South Korea’s information sources, Ms. Choe has led a North Korean delegation to attend a group meeting with experts from the US in Oslo, Norway. Her statement came after President Trump announced earlier this month that he’s ready to meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un if the conditions are right. He also said he does not object to South Korean newly-elected President Moon Jae-in’s support of a negotiation with North Korea.
