North Korea threatens nuclear test and further rocket launches

The announcement by the country's top military body came a day after the UN security council agreed a US-backed resolution to censure and sanction the country for a rocket launch in December that breached UN rules. The commission said in the new phase, North Korea does not hide the fact that it will continue to launch various satellites, long-range missiles and will conduct high-level nuclear tests.
