The “38 North” website of the US-Korea Institute (USKI) reported Thursday that over the past six months, North Korea completed two channels feeding water for its cooling system and the reactor's electric transformer yard.
Those developments indicate the reactor "is edging closer to becoming operational" but “38 North” said that it's difficult to predict when construction will finish and the reactor will be become operational.
