He told reporters in New York that since the US has declared war on his country, North Korea has every right to take counter-measures, including the right to shoot down US strategic bombers even when they are not yet inside the airspace of North Korea. He said the world community should clearly remember it was the United States that first declared war on North Korea, and insisted that North Korea hopes the war of words between the two countries doesn’t turn into real actions.

Last Tuesday, President Donald Trump, in a speech to the United Nations, threatened to “totally destroy” North Korea. North Korea leader Kim Jong Un insists that his nuclear program is “just”, and he will consider the strongest possible counter-measures to Trump’s threat.
