37 international delegations have confirmed their attendance.

The biennial event, which runs until June 27, features a hot air balloon festival with the theme “Beloved Sea and Islands from above,” a trade fair, and festivals highlighting local specialties of agarwood and bird’s nest.

There are also international and local culinary events, a whale worshipping ceremony, and an Ao Dai festival.
