This year, the honorees have been commended for their more than 800 projects, initiatives and technical solutions.

Awardee Pham Xuan Huy of Thai Nguyen Iron and Steel Joint Stock Company said, “I myself always overcome all difficulties to complete the tasks assigned by the Factory and Workshop. I learn the irrationalities in the production process and try to come up with reasonable solutions. Over the years, many of my initiatives and technical improvements have been put into practice by the unit and proved to be efficient, reducing labor time.”

Within the framework of the Award ceremony, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor held a seminar on Sunday in Hanoi on replicating the typical initiative model among workers.
