(VOVWORLD) - The Guardian has picked the best young players at each club born between September 1, 2006 and August 31, 2007, an age band known as first‑year scholars. The generation of 2006 has been performing strongly in soccer and many young talented players are emerging and and making their way into the best teams in the world, says The Guardian.

Le Dinh Long Vu, from Song Lam Nghe An of the V‑League, representing Vietnam is named on the list which was discussed and selected by Marcus Christenson, Steven Bloor and Garry Blight of the Guardian.

Writing about Le Dinh Long Vu, The Guardian wrote that Vietnam is blessed with many technical, fast players who are equally comfortable on either foot but Le Dinh Long Vu already has fans excited about how far he can go. He impressed so much at Asia’s Under‑17 Championship that he was called up to the country’s under‑23 team.

Some of the best-known names on this list which is published annually by The Guardian are Endrick, Zaire-Emery, an undisputed starter for Luis Enrique at PSG, and three Spaniards who are set to bear the weight of domestic expectations for the coming decade. Brazil is the country with the most representatives on this list. Interestingly, from Palmeiras, Endrick’s team, two other players are named. They are midfielder Luis Guilherme and defender Vitor Reis.

They are joined on the list by another Brazilian teammate of Marcelos from Real Madrid. He is Kauã Elias, who made his debut with Fluminense’s first team in the Copa Libertadores back in May.
