Stoltenberg also said that NATO has set up new battlegroups, including the one led by France in Romania with the necessary military equipment to protect all allies.
A NATO foreign ministers’ meeting will be held on Tuesday in Bucharest, where Stoltenberg said members will discuss ways to step up support for Ukraine.
Officials will also discuss the provision of new air defense systems to Ukraine, training soldiers on how to use them, and resupplying spare parts and ammunition for weapons already on the battlefield, the NATO chief added.
