Mr. Stoltenberg said the organization needs to be agile and prepared to respond to threats coming from all directions – from land, sea, air, space and cyberspace – and from both state and non-state actors. He noted that NATO plays a key role in fighting terrorism and is working with its partners around the world to train local forces.
