The event is part of efforts to implement the Politburo's Resolution 57 on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. It is not only an occasion to honor innovative products and achievements but also a platform to connect stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem, promote innovation, and reaffirm its central and strategic role in driving Vietnam’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Mr. Vu Quoc Huy, Director of the National Innovation Center, said: “Organizing the National Innovation Day and the Vietnam International Innovation Expo is a historic milestone, underscoring Vietnam’s aspiration to rise strongly and spread the spirit of innovation throughout society and to international partners. We hope this event will become a regular platform to honor and spread the values of innovation while fostering domestic and international cooperation in science, technology, and innovation.”

According to the organizers, the 2025 Expo will feature numerous booths from leading technology countries such as the United States, Germany, France, and Japan. The Expo will also include a series of forums, specialized workshops, and highlight activities on innovation.
