Vietnamese and foreign representatives press the button to launch the national hotline 111 for combating human trafficking, Hanoi, September 19, 2025.

The 111 hotline was established under a government decree issued in June this year, which details provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Prevention and Combat of Human Trafficking.

The free service operates 24/7. Information received is forwarded to relevant authorities, including police, border guards, coast guards, or local People’s Committees.

The hotline also provides legal guidance, answers questions about victims’ rights, and connects callers with essential support services such as medical care, psychological assistance, and social services.
