(VOVworld)- The National Assembly Standing Committee’s 20th session concluded in Hanoi on Wednesday after a week-long sitting. Addressing the closing, National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung praised the serious and effective working manner of National Assembly deputies. During the session, lawmakers voiced their opinions on the draft amendments to the 1992 Constitution and discussed draft laws, ordinances and decrees. Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong and Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Nguyen Minh Quang underwent question-and-answer sessions.
National Assembly Chairman Hung asked relevant agencies to refine documents, especially the draft revisions to the 1992 Constitution and the revised Land Law in preparation for the sixth session of the 13th National Assembly. Before the closing, the deputies commented on the draft resolution on the issuance of tax rates imposed on natural resources.
