The Standing Committee is planned to comment on four draft laws: the revised Law on Residence; Law on amendments and supplements to the Law on handling administrative violations; Vietnam Border Law; and the revised Law on Environmental Protection.

The full time deputies will also give opinions on the Law on amendments and supplements to the Law on Prevention and Control of Virus Infection causing Immune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS); and the revised Ordinance on Preferences for Revolutionary Contributors.

At the 47th session, the National Assembly Standing Committee will consider issuing a Decree on the management and use of defense land in production and economic activities of the Army.
