National Assembly Chairman Hue asked the local authorities to take better care of the people so everyone will enjoy a happy Tet. He urged the provincial leaders and people to actively implement the national target programs of Sustainable Poverty Reduction, Building New Rural Areas, and Developing Socio-economy in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas.

The provincial leaders should pay more attention to border trade, create livelihoods for people, and deliver on ethnic and religious affairs, Mr. Hue added.
