Spanning 31 hectares in Rang Dong Textile and Garment Industrial Park - Aurora IP,  the plant has a total investment of 203 million USD and a capacity of up to 96 million meters of fabric per year. Once completed, it will create jobs for thousands of workers.

Top Textiles now has construction investment in phase 1 completed with a capacity of 60 million meters of fabric per year. The project’s phase 2 is expected to be completed next year.
