In his closing remarks, NA Chairman Tran Thanh Man highlighted that the committee had reviewed several key issues, including 16 to be discussed at the NA's 9th extraordinary session and two at the 9th regular session, focusing primarily on streamlining and restructuring the government apparatus. The Committee provided input on urgent matters presented by the Government, aimed at removing bottlenecks, fostering socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and establishing special mechanisms for key projects.
The National Assembly’s Standing Committee also gave opinions on key and urgent issues submitted by the Government, aiming to remove bottlenecks, promote socio-economic development, ensure national defense and security, and seek specific mechanisms and policies for a number of projects and works.
The National Assembly Chairman requested agencies to focus on streamlining their apparatus, while proactively implementing work to ensure smooth and continuous operation of agencies and organizations and properly implement policies and mechanisms for cadres, civil servants, and public employees affected by the reorganization.
