NA deputies meet voters after their 2nd session

President Truong Tan Sang on Monday, November 28, 2011 informed voters in HCM City of results of the 2nd session of the 13th National Assembly. The National Assembly’s deputy delegation briefed the voters on the implementation of socio economic development targets over the past five years and plan for next year. Local voters praised changes at the National Assembly’s discussions and propose increase salaries for kindergarten and primary school teachers, and thoroughly study the nuclear power plant project.

President Truong Tan Sang on Monday, November 28, 2011 informed voters in HCM City of results of the 2nd session of the 13th National Assembly. The National Assembly’s deputy delegation briefed the voters on the implementation of socio economic development targets over the past five years and plan for next year. Local voters praised changes at the National Assembly’s discussions and propose increase salaries for kindergarten and primary school teachers, and thoroughly study the nuclear power plant project.

The same day, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan had a meeting with voters from Division 3 in Military Zone No 1, Division 365 of the Air Force and Air Defense Force and other army units in Lang Giang district of the northern province of Bac Giang. The Deputy Prime Minister informed the voters of the Party’s external policy and safeguarding the national sovereignty and interests. Voters in military units stationed in the province proposed the government pay attention to allocating land reserves to build houses for military soldiers, modernizing military technical equipment and reinforcing the military force.

Meanwhile, National Assembly’s Vice Chairman Huynh Ngoc Son briefed voters in central city of Da Nang of the outcomes of the session. Local voters spoke highly of changes at the National Assembly’s Q&A session. They proposed the National Assembly address issues relating to minimizing traffic accidents, stabilizing the market and ensuring wages for laborers.
