She said the Vietnamese Party and State always support and provide favorable conditions for Vietnam’s overseas representative agencies to fulfill their duties. She urged the Vietnamese community in Kazakhstan to obey local laws and help boost friendly relations and cooperation between Vietnam and Kazakhstan.
