Chairman Man praised the three localities of Can Tho, Hau Giang, and Soc Trang for coordinating and mobilizing the entire political system with a high sense of responsibility and following the Central Government's instructions with ensured quality and progress.

He suggested that Can Tho city prepare best to successfully organize the Party Congresses at all levels, pay special attention to personnel work, and build a team of officials with hearts and minds.

Earlier Monday, the National Assembly Chairman surveyed the handling public administrative procedures at the Can Tho City Public Administration Center, Ninh Kieu Ward Public Administration Center, Thanh Hoa Commune Public Administration Center (formerly Phung Hiep Commune of Hau Giang province) and Phu Loi Ward Public Administration Center (formerly Soc Trang Province).

Talking to people and officials and civil servants, Chairman Man explained that the Central Government's policy of arranging administrative units at provincial and communal levels is to be closer to the people and to handle administrative procedures faster and more concisely. He called on each official and civil servant to do their best to serve the people and businesses.
