Chairman Man expressed his impression that since 2009 the Fund has organized the Vu A Dinh Award to honor individuals and groups with outstanding achievements in learning, scientific research, culture, arts, sports, defense, and security, bringing practical benefits to people in mountainous areas and islands.
“Groups and individuals receiving the award promote your achievements and continue to actively contribute your efforts and intelligence to building your villages, homeland, and country more and more beautiful," he said.
Man requested that the Youth Union Central Committee continue to create conditions for the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund to strongly spread the spirit of solidarity, sharing, and mutual love and contribute to building high-quality young human resources to meet the requirements of national industrialization and modernization.
Over the past 15 years, the Vu A Dinh Award has continuously developed and has to date honored 118 groups and 210 individuals from 44 ethnic groups.
