Under the resolution, total foreign capital in medium-term public investment will be adjusted up from 12 billion USD to 15 billion USD, while domestic capital will be reduced correspondingly.

The NA will allocate 430 million USD from the adjustment to important national projects and 75 million USD to the national program for sustainable poverty reduction.
