Vietnamese representative agencies provided instructions to Vietnamese citizens and called on host countries to create favorable conditions for them to travel to the meeting point in Paris, France.

Upon landing at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City on Friday, the flight crew and all passengers were given heath examinations and quarantined.
