(VOVworld) – 50 public art troupes from across the country have started a mobile communication festival to mark the Dien Bien Phu victory.

This is part of the activities to mark the 55th anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Trail and the 60th anniversary of the victory at Dien Bien Phu. The troupes will perform at different locations in the Central, Central Highlands and West-Northern regions and gather in Dien Bien Phu City on Sunday for the main celebration. The program includes trips to the A1 Cemetery, Independence Hill and other historic sites as well as art performances at 8 spots in Dien Bien province.
