Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Doan Van Viet has signed and promulgated a detailed plan for reopening inbound and outbound tourism after a pilot period.

The plan embraces "safely adapting and flexibly, effectively controlling the COVID-19 pandemic" and identifies the responsibilities of ministries, branches and localities in implementation.
