(VOVworld)-The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) on Saturday discussed urgent measures to prevent a possible outbreak of bird flu. Minister Cao Duc Phat said that top priority should be given to stopping the epidemic from spreading further to protect people’s health and minimize losses for farmers. He also urged relevant agencies to vaccinate healthy poultry as a preventive measure.
