At a launch ceremony on Tuesday, Malaysian Ambassador to Vietnam Dato' Tan Yang Thai said, “This event is more than just a festival. It is a heartfelt invitation to experience the soul of Malaysia through our traditions, our colorful culture, and of course, our food - rich, diverse, and full of flavor.”
“At the heart of this celebration is the concept of Malaysia Madani, a vision introduced by our Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim. It stands for sustainability, compassion, and trust. And through this festival, we hope to bring these values to life, deepening our cooperation not only in tourism and culture, but also in education, business, and people-to-people ties,” according to Ambassador Dato.
