Meanwhile, 6.3 million USD was raised at the golf tournament “Swing for Truong Sa” which concluded on Saturday. Mr. Nguyen The Ky, President of the Voice of Vietnam, a co-organizer of the event, said: “The tournament aims to mobilize resources from domestic and foreign enterprises for Truong Sa.

"The money will be used for installing a system to convert salt water into fresh drinking water. We will also provide scholarship to children living on Truong Sa and children of soldiers stationed there.”
