President Lukashenko praised the work of doctors who were at the forefront of the fight against the virus. He said the victory was due to Belarus’ political sanity, popular wisdom, and great healthcare system.

As of Friday, Belarus has reported more than 62,000 infection cases, including over 400 deaths.
