The award ceremony for literature, arts and press works on studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and style

The organizing board received 6,000 entries from individuals and organizations inside and outside Vietnam.

The organizing board granted 2 special awards, 11 A awards, 42 B awards, and consolation prizes.
