NA Chairman Tran Thanh Man said that the revision addresses  pending issues after 15 years of law enforcement. He underscored the need to simplify administrative procedures and apply digital technology in energy auditing and monitoring.

“Second is strengthening incentive mechanisms, such as tax breaks and low-interest loans rather than relying on mandatory measures. Third, regulations related to funds and financial incentives need to be reviewed to ensure consistency with the upcoming amended Law on the State Budget, the Law on Public Investment, and the Law on Taxation,” Man noted.

On the same morning, the deputies discussed the draft Laws on Teachers, Corporates, the Digital Technology Industry, and Science, Technology and Innovation. In the afternoon, they gave feedback on the revised draft law of the State Budget.
