In the message, the LPRP Central Committee emphasized that the great and comprehensive victories of the Vietnamese revolution were inseparable from the direct leadership and guidance of President Ho Chi Minh.

It affirmed that Vietnam’s decades-long revolutionary journey has demonstrated the CPV's clear-sighted and correct leadership, as well as President Ho Chi Minh’s strategic vision in Party building, state governance, and fostering both domestic and international solidarity. These principles remain deeply relevant to Vietnam’s revolutionary path today.

President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, revolutionary ethics, and working style have become a shining example and a priceless asset not only for the Vietnamese people but also for all peace-loving nations striving for national independence and social progress, the message noted.
