This large-scale political and cultural event will draw the participation of 8 provinces: Bac Giang, Bac Kan, Cao Bang, Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Vinh Phuc, Thai Nguyen, and Lang Son.

Activities will include the reenactment of traditional cultural festivals and rituals of ethnic groups, an exhibition showcasing local cultural products and traditional cuisine, and performances featuring ethnic costumes from the Northeastern region.

There will also be tug-of-war, stick pushing, shuttlecock tossing, and stilt walking competitions, a seminar on Northeastern cultural tourism development, and exhibitions.
