A highlight of the event was the exhibition "Creative journey - aspiration to rise up," featuring 45 booths, showcasing outstanding products that embodied workers’ creativity. 

More than 700 workers from various sectors, localities, and organizations also discussed and proposed solutions to promote Vietnamese workers’ creative potential.  

Innovation is no longer a choice but an inevitable path for Vietnam to achieve rapid, sustainable, and distinctive development, said Mr. Tran Cam Tu, Permanent Member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat. Millions of initiatives, projects, and technical solutions have contributed to increasing productivity, improving quality, and enhancing socio-economic efficiency.

"This is a testament to the intellect and dedication of the Vietnamese working class throughout its 80-years—particularly in the 40 years of renewal marked by courage, creativity, and resilience. It is the result of meticulous observation, hands-on experience at construction sites, factories, and production lines by ordinary people who, with responsibility, passion for their work, determination to rise, and desire for renewal, are helping to shape the country," said Mr. Tu.
