(VOVworld) - Chinese police have reportedly detained suspects in the Kunming railway station terrorist attack which killed 29 people and injured 143 on Saturday.

The Chinese news agency Xinhua, quoted the Minister of Public Security as saying that police have identified Abdurehim Kurban, as the leader of the terrorist group. There were 8 members in the group including 6 men and 2 women. Four were shot dead on the spot, one was injured and captured and the other three were arrested later. Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang told reporters that some East Turkestan signs were found on the scene.
